What is needed to qualify for the Zero down partnership program?

Here are the general guidelines to qualify:

1. 680+ credit score
2. Steady full time employment with verifiable income
3. Currently a U.S. citizen
4. Currently own less than 4 single family homes
5. Have  at least $20,000 in checking, savings or retirement accounts (or the ability to borrow this amount from credit cards, home equity lines of credit or other sources)
